Iridium Works is a German IT company serving clients across a wide range of industries. We specialise in web design, custom software development, and IT consulting — and we are growing fast. Our Webflow team builds fully custom websites. Every project is a unique product crafted with precision, enriched with high-end animations and powerful customtooling in close collaboration with our software development team.
As a Junior Webflow Developer (part-time, employed), you will be a core member of our team. You will work alongside our senior developers and designers, contribute to active builds, and take ownership of quality and content across our client portfolio. This is an ideal position for someone looking to grow their Webflow career in a structured, supportive environment that holds its work to a high standard.
The role is open to both working students and standard part-time candidates, and comes with the stability of a permanent employment contract — with the real opportunity to grow into a full-time position over time.
Hours: Approx. 20 hours/week
Type: Part-time employment (subject to German social insurance contributions)
Annual Leave: Agreed individually; minimum statutoryentitlement under BUrlG applies (20 working days based on 5-day week)
Salary: Agreed individually; specified in employmentcontract in accordance with NachwG
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating existing client projects in Webflow
- Supporting the team in building foundational structures and page layouts
- Carrying out quality control across live and in-progress projects
- Managing CMS content for existing clients
- Implementing SEO improvements and general site enhancements
- Creating and refining website content to meet client standards
Requirements:
- Experience building websites with Webflow and comfortable working independently in the Designer
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- A natural eye for design — you notice when something is off and you care about fixing it
- Confident use of AI tools (e.g. Claude) and their effective application in day-to-day work
- A high standard for quality — details matter to you and it shows in your work
- Business fluent English and German, both written and spoken
