Webflow Developer (m/f/d) – Freelance or Part-Time Employment
Iridium Works is looking for reinforcement in the area of Webflow development – on a project basis as a freelancer or as a permanent part-time position with up to 25 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- You develop professional Webflow websites and landing pages based on designs and briefings from our project leads.
- You implement complex layouts, animations and interactions in Webflow – pixel-perfect and with an eye for detail.
- You integrate third-party tools such as CMS systems, forms, tracking tools or interfaces via Zapier, Make or native integrations.
- You ensure that all projects are responsive, accessible and optimised for search engines.
- You provide structured feedback on technical requirements and identify early on when designs cannot be implemented as planned.
- You document your projects cleanly and hand over finished websites in a way that allows clients to make changes independently.
- You are a reliable point of contact for technical questions during and after the implementation phase.

Requirements:
- You have demonstrable experience in Webflow development and a portfolio that showcases your work.
- You have a solid understanding of HTML, CSS and at least basic JavaScript to push beyond Webflow's limitations where needed.
- You work in a structured way, meet deadlines and communicate proactively.
- You communicate confidently in German – English is a plus.
- Bonus: Experience with Figma-to-Webflow workflows, SEO basics or integrating external tools such as Zapier, Airtable or Make.
