Working Student - CEO Assistant
Iridium Works is hiring a CEO Assistant. Work with our CEO on a wide range of strategic, operational, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO with daily tasks, calendar management, and meeting preparation
- Conduct research on clients, competitors, markets, and technical topics
- Help coordinate internal projects, hiring processes, and external communication
- Assist with pitch decks, presentations, shareholder updates, and reporting
- Prepare and monitor sales campaigns and report KPIs to the board
- Take notes during meetings and ensure timely follow-ups and task tracking
- Maintain documentation and help streamline internal processes
- Help with maintenance and build Websites in Webflow, Framer, Wordpress, TYPO3 and more
- Act as a reliable point of contact for ad hoc tasks and operational support

Requirements:
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (e.g. business, tech, design, media, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- You work independently, handle responsibility well, and ask smart questions when needed
- Bonus: interest or experience in startups, software development, design, or project management
