Innovative Website Design for IAM Global GmbH: An HR Startup from Düsseldorf

Project Summary: IAM Global GmbH, a dynamic HR startup from Düsseldorf, is known for its innovative AI-based solution that captures psychological profiles of candidates and companies to enable perfect job placements. Iridium Works had the honor of designing a new website for IAM Global to optimally present their unique service.

Our Mission: The main goal was to develop a website that is not only informative and user-friendly, but also offers potential for future content updates. A crucial factor was developing a professional and trustworthy visual identity that reflects IAM Global's values and vision.

Development Process: We began by intensively examining IAM Global's initial design draft to define the site structure and elements to be implemented. This concept was transferred into an overall concept using Adobe XD. Our developers worked for two months on the technical implementation and spent another month on optimization and content integration in close collaboration with IAM Global.

Result and Uniqueness: In just four months, we were able to realize a customized, market-unique website for IAM Global. This website invites users on a unique journey through the innovative world of AI-powered HR solutions. The project was an inspiring experience, and we look forward to future collaborations with IAM Global.
